CLASS PREPARATION AND DESCRIPTION
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to check in and get settled. Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and don't eat one hour prior to class. Bring your own mat and any props you find useful.
Dahlia blends a combination of vinyasa (linking postures together with movement and breath) and Iyengar (emphasis on technical alignment using props and modifications) to create a class of alignment and flow. Each class includes a warm up, core poses and a cool down followed by a long savasana (deep relaxation).
