Dahlia offers public and private yoga instruction to individuals and groups.  Public classes are held weekly and open to all.  Private classes are for individuals and groups  with specific needs and goals.

*Class is Mixed Levels 1-3 Beginning to Intermediate.

PRICING:

• $13.00 per Class.  It is preferred to register early in the week so Dahlia knows you are coming.
• $80.00 .  This package gives you 8 classes  at $10.00 each that can be used in a 12 week period.  If you use all 8 before the 12 weeks is complete, you can renew any time .  This discount is suitable for students who plan to come regularly.

CLASS PREPARATION AND DESCRIPTION: 

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to check in  and get settled.  Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and  don't eat one hour prior to class.  Bring your own mat and any props  you find useful.

Dahlia  blends a combination of SATYA (Somatic Alignment Training for Yoga Attunement), Vinyasa (linking postures together with  movement and breath) and Iyengar (emphasis on alignment using props and  modifications) to create a class of alignment and flow.   This medley of techniques builds strength and mobility and tone.  Each class includes a warm up, core poses and a cool down followed by a long savasana (deep relaxation).

Dahlia helps people find direction, rhythm and organization in their personal lives and arrangement of items for greatest effectiveness.  She also  assists with project focused tasks , like organizing closets, office space , craft supplies and more.
